Little Mexico Restaurant was first opened in 1999 by Jose Galvan and Hortencia Martinez. Jose inspired by his parents, Luis and Maria Galvan, who also opened a restaurant in 1986 called Mexico City, he decided take his knowledge from working in the food business to open up his own restaurant. With the help of his kids and family members, he is able to keep the family business going.
